About the Role
Hold regular 1:1's with team members.
Drive quarterly OKRs.
Conduct managerial interviews for candidates.
Manage agile projects and QA team.
Ensure proper timeline for quality engineering tasks in implementing Cortex to customer sites.
Keep test strategy updated to suite the product stage.
Create software quality reports to track progress.
Ensure test document and automation code easy to read and maintain.
Coordinates product testing processes.
Ensure automate test performance for each objective in our CI pipeline.
Having deep enough understanding in business process to ensure high quality test script of team.

5+ years experience in a Quality role or related position. Experience working with PlayWright or similar tools.
5+ years experience in developing or testing software using languages Typescript
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or information technology or equivalent experience
Experience managing scrum project or agile project management
Experience in testing micro-Service applications.
Knowledge of web services, API, WebSocket, REST and RPC.
