About the Role

  • Identify and prospect the potential customers in the government and public hospitals 

  • Understand each prospect's needs, pain points, constraint, KPI/goal, related stakeholders and decision-making process to conduct sales canvas 

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Build a pipeline of potential clients and drive with manage each deal regarding sales process to ensure client needs are met

  • Prepare and deliver the compelling presentations, proposals/quotation, and MEMO/reports to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Conduct the compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients nationwide both onsite and online meetings

  • Negotiate and prepare the documentation for completing contracts and close sales deals

  • Conduct the deal summary before communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation

  • Conduct and Summarize minutes of meeting and submit to customer as well as report to head of commercial

  • Maintain the accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management

  • Attend and support Marketing team in the company events

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare IT industry

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the healthcare IT industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools such as Monday, PEAK, MIRO
