About the Role

  • Identify and develop the new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects especially in private hospital and hospital with medical school

  • Build a pipeline of potential clients and manage the sales process from approach to handover for kick-off project

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet the sales revenue targets

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, providing the exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge such as all modules, core functions and killing features of our products and services, as well as the healthcare industry and its regulatory landscape

  • Prepare, brainstorm with Business for the bundle package and deliver presentations, proposals/quotation, and MEMO/reports to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Conduct the compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients nationwide both onsite and online meetings

  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop and execute the bundle package with partner, campaigns, and initiatives

  • Gather and summarize the customer’s requirements, industrial trend and competitor activity to communicate to Business Development and Product team for analysis, planning and making decision for product roadmap (development and enhancement)

  • Ensure that contractual obligations are met and any issues or concerns are addressed and solved in a timely manner

  • Track and report on account activity, including forecasts, pipeline, and revenue targets to head of commercial

  • Attend and support Marketing team in the industry and company events to network and stay informed about healthcare trends and developments

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

  • Drive and grow sales revenue

  • Approach, present, demos, prepare all necessary documents such as proposal, quotation and etc. to customer until award and contract process

  • Weekly AM team meeting

  • Weekly/Bi-weekly with project team

  • Monthly sales pipeline review with finance, solution delivery and CEO teams

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare IT industry

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the healthcare IT industry

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ownership, leadership and project management skills with can do attitude

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools such as Monday, PEAK, MIRO

  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems and related software is a plus

  • Familiarity with bidding and procurement process of in private hospital and hospital with medical school is a plus

  • Experience in working with and managing B2B and/or B2C products. Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in an fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience in government deal and project

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations

  • Willingness to work in Bangkok and travel nationwide
