Participate in either the Release Manager Rotation OR the Incident Management on-call rotation to help ensure that the availability goals for Cortex are met
Hold regular 1:1's with team members
Conduct managerial interviews for candidates

3+ years of experience in a Cloud Engineer role or related position
Experience working with Linux/UNIX, Docker and Microsoft Azure
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or information technology or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in developing software using languages Python, Go or Java.
Experience managing scrum project or agile project management
Experience working with Linux/UNIX, Docker and Microsoft Azure
Experience with Micro-Service applications and cloud-based services, preferably MS Azure.
Knowledge of web services, API, WebSocket, REST and RPC.
Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks.
Database experience, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL, and related data stores such as SQL Server.
