About the Role
Partnership
Define potential partners in line with both business direction and product development plan
Develop and manage strategic partnerships and build solid relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive company growth
Lead and manage collaborative projects with partners and vendors ranging from ideation, the scope of works, budget planning, timeline, deliverables, and related documents such as requests for proposals (RFPs) and legal documents to reach our business goal
Gather business requirements by interviewing clients or users, IT, and stakeholders and translating these insights into strategic recommendations for product development and go-to-market opportunities.
Maintain awareness of competitors and stay on top of industry news, customer behaviors, and technology trends for business opportunities.
Finance
Provide business analysis and develop financial feasibility such as product cost-price structure, product margin, ROI, and price calculator in new products as well as existing products
Build pricing model and special offers ahead of client's requirements and industry trends followed by the government's regulation
Perform and monitor financial modeling as well as rolling forecast (P&L) and provide suggestions for business on a periodic basis
Prepare pitch decks, reports, projections, company performance, business roadmap, and support materials for boards of directors, executive management, and investor
Examine and assess risk, economic, market trends, industry trends, earnings, prospects, financial statements, and other indicators to determine an appropriate investment strategy.
Product and Business Fundraising
Proactively seek potential funding support to maximize company benefits and manage end-to-end activities, e.g., register government financial support project.
Prepare contracts, proposals, presentations, business cases, and materials for internal approvals.
Initiate, drive, and support new business development opportunities.
Conduct business growth, marketing strategy, and implementation with the relevant product manager.
Strategic planning and team management
Work with the CEO and other top management to design the company's overall mission, values, and strategic goals.
Evaluate the success of the company and maximize the company's operating performance in achieving its goals and formulate plans to correct any issues if the company is not achieving its goals.
Assess marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommend improvements as needed.
Provide direction to Senior Managers, Managers, and Team Leads in planning and executing assigned projects.
Manage teams, daily operations, and revenue generation activities and analyze related issues of the department to ensure the company's continual growth.
Develop department budgets and cost-effectiveness, and establish cost-reduction initiatives.
Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention, and termination activities.
Monitor quality and performance levels of the department through regular analysis of OKR statistics.
Address employee grievances and build a positive and healthy working environment for employees.
Organize training to improve the technical skills of department employees.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies is a plus
